40TH ANNIVERSARY OF AMADE - GALA DINNER

On 24 April 2003, 250 enthusiastic guests joined HRH the Princess of Hanover, President of AMADE, and HSH Crown Prince Albert of Monaco, Honorary President of the Association, in celebrating AMADE 40th anniversary.

The Gala evening was organized at the Hôtel de Paris, in the magnificent Salle Empire.

A charity event, the Gala contributed to raise funds directed at the humanitarian aid programmes operated and supported by AMADE.

A new Honorary committee

On the occasion of this very special evening, an AMADE Honorary Committee was created to bring together those who have lent a constant support to the Association over the past years. This Committee consists of:

HSH Crown Prince Albert of Monaco, HRH the Princess of Hanover, HE Mr Patrick Leclercq, Minister of State, Mr Stéphane Valéri, President of the National Council, Mr Philippe Deslandes, Minister of Interior, M. Georges Marsan, Mayor of Monaco, Mr Jean-Luc Biamonti, Mr Fady and Majid Boustany, Mr Enrico Bragiotti, Mr Andrea Drovandi, Mr Jean-Michel Folon, Mr Bruno Leonardo Gelber, Mr Albert Kriemler, Mr Filippo Marchiorello, Mr Philip Niarchos, Mrs Hélène Pastor, Mr Michel Pastor, Mr Vadim Repin and Mr Stephen Zuellig.

Fashion show presented by Akris

Later in the evening, participants enjoyed a fashion show presented by Akris Monaco. The designer unveiled the Spring / Summer 2003 collection and offered an evening dress as a prize in the charity tombola organized by AMADE.

AMADE Tombola

Thanks to the generosity of the Monaco-based branches of the most prestigious clothing and jewellery companies, AMADE organized a tombola with prizes worth a total of nearly 20,000 Euros.
