HSH PRINCE ALBERT II INAUGURATES AMADE-CHILE

In November 2003, HSH Crown Prince Albert of Monaco, Honorary President of AMADE, officially opened the newly created AMADE office in Chile.

On that occasion, HSH Crown Prince Albert was welcomed by Mrs. Danièle Biancheri-Quintana, President of AMADE-Chile, and shown around the office premises located in the municipality of Las Condes, north-east of Santiago.

HSH Crown Prince Albert was also given a warm welcome by children before cutting the ribbon and delivering his speech to the audience.

As a gift to AMADE-Chile, HSH Crown Prince Albert offerred a framed photograph of His mother, the Princess Grace of Monaco, founder of AMADE in 1963.

AMADE-Chile has already built strong links with local NGOs such as Aldeas-SOS (abandoned children), Alter Ego (children with mental disabilities) and Paternitas (foster homes for children whose parents are detained in jail).
