Facilitate Senegalese students' learning through digital content

In Senegal, four children out of ten do not complete primary school and only 37%  finish a complete cycle of basic education.

AMADE, within the framework of its Energy for Hope program and Tech4Child initiative, is working alongside Nomad Education, a business with an impact, in order to allow middle school senegalese students to access digital contents and improve their success.

Through its mobile application, which is available in France and in 29 French speaking African countries, Nomad Education is supporting students' academic success, regardless of their educational and social levels. In Senegal, more than 100 000 students are already using the app, including around 40 000 middle school pupils.

This project will enable the production and translation in Wolof of mathematics contents in compliance with the Senegalese curriculum for all 4 levels of middle school, as well as their propagation through the app. Communication and advocacy activities will also be implemented in order to promote use and appropriation of these contents by students and by professors.
