The primary purpose of the UNHCR is to safeguard the rights and well-being of people who have been forced to flee. Together with partners and communities, UNHCR works to ensure that everybody has the right to seek asylum and find safe refuge in another country. It also strives to secure lasting solutions.

Created in 2008 by Dr. Denis Mukwege, the Panzi Foundation made over the work of Dr. Denis Mukwege and its hospital, Panzi Hospital, to allow the psychological and physical reconstruction and the rehabilitation of victims of sexual violence. Dr. Mukwege has developed a model to treat victims and survivors of sexual violence in a holistic manner. This model is based on four interdependent pillars that allow victims to rebuild in a sustainable way after passing the hospital and Panzi Foundation.

An NGO working in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) since 2000, in partnership with the Ministry of Health of the DRC, HEAL Africa works to transform local communities through health, education, action community and leadership development. HEAL Africa brings physical, social, economic and spiritual healing through its community programs based on a holistic approach to their implementation.

Created in 2009, ALIMA is a NGO dedicated to gathering the expertise of international aid workers, national medical organizations and global research institutions in order to provide quality medical care to people in need and carry out cutting-edge research to improve humanitarian medicine.

SOS SAHEL was founded in Senegal in 1976 by President Léopold Sédar Senghor after a period of extreme drought in the Sahel. With 40 years of experience, SOS SAHEL now acts in 11 countries throughout the entire Sahel region from Senegal to Djibouti. Food security and nutrition lie at the heart of our actions. Its programmes cover all the aspects that contribute to sustainable, social, economic and environmental development for the most vulnerable populations of Africa.

Its mission is to improve the food security and nutrition of rural communities in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Since 1997, ACAY offers a second chance to youth at risk aged 15 to 23 years old through creative and innovative pedagogical methods which lead them to recover their dignity and find meaning for their lives.

Break Poverty Foundation aims to identify and support innovative solutions against youth poverty in France and around the world. In order to prevent poverty, and to fight against social determinism, Break Poverty intervenes via three major axes: support for early childhood, the fight against dropping out of school and access to first job.

Libraries Without Borders (LWB) works to ensure that regardless of their circumstances, people throughout the world can live with dignity and the opportunity to thrive through access to information, education and culture.

Santé Sud is a non-governmental organization of international solidarity, recognized of general interest, which acts since 1984 for sustainable access to quality care in the developing countries by accompanying the local initiatives.

Founded in 1964 by Princess Grace, the Foundation annually contributes considerable help to humanitarian projects which benefit children and also helps students through cultural projects. On the death of Princess Grace in 1982, Prince Rainier conferred the Presidency of the Foundation on H.R.H. The Princess of Hanover. 

Founded in 1980, the French Ataxia Association of Friedreich has 870 members and more than 400 ataxic people. Main goals :
• Help the research, by participating in its financing and by collaborating with certain studies, with the expertise of the Scientific Council.
• Promote information on the disease and follow-up with caregivers, with the Medical and Paramedical Council (edition of recommendations).
• Create links through meetings and events.
• Accompany sick and families in their daily lives by listening, information and contacts via the quarterly magazine Espoir, the site, Facebook, the forum, etc ...
AFAF has developed two services with professionals: the remote psychological support service and the social orientation service. A big job of research of communication tools starts in 2019.

In 1994, the Terre des Hommes Italy Foundation was founded upon the initiative of a group of professionals, entrepreneurs, and representatives of civil society, with the aim of protecting children against all forms of violence or abuse, and guaranteeing the right to health, and education.

Zero Mothers Die is a global partnership initiative to save the lives of pregnant women, new mothers and their babies. Our aim is to reduce maternal mortality by putting mobile technologies in the hands of these women to increase their access to healthcare and information to have a healthy pregnancy and childbirth.

For over 15 years, the association "Les Amis du Liban" (Friends of Lebanon association) has been dedicated to helping children in Lebanon and around the world who are victims of abuse, neglect and poverty. The Friends of Lebanon, focus on prevention, intervention and assistance. Thanks to the trust and generosity of donors, as well as the help of volunteers, actions for the benefit of the poorest are increasing. Problems related to children's health and education remain the priority.

To date, the association has intervened by helping the most disadvantaged people, young and not so young through health, education and environmental projects, and making it possible to concretely improve the lives of thousands disadvantaged Lebanese, but also by widening our field of action over time to cross the Lebanese and Monegasque borders. Today, our efforts are made to help women and children around the world.

GINGANDO PELA PAZ is a Brazilian non-profit association that uses Capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian tradition, as a social technology for the protection of vulnerable children. Gingando is present in Brazil, Haiti, the Democratic Republic of Congo and in France.
